(OTCPK: VEDO), an emerging small cap company transitioning to a real estate development, management, and marketing firm, announced today it has engaged a Securities Attorney and Securities and Exchange qualified Audit firm in connection with the Company's implementation of it's plans to upgrade the VEDO to a fully reporting SEC entity.
Also, the Company has recently applied for a name change to Holiday Island Holdings, Inc. and symbol change to more closely reflect its current and planned operations with the expectation of receiving an approval from FINRA anytime.
