Real-Time Advertising comes to St. Louis

"As old-school advertising models continue to lose their foothold, companies wanting to invest in marketing need a strategy that makes sense in the new real-time world of digital advertising," said Will Lackey

ST. LOUIS, Feb. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The founding partners of LumiVid have announced a merger of their creative production company with a media planning and buying group to form VOG Advertising. "The new company brings strategic marketing, creative design, plus video and graphics production together with media planning, buying, and analytics on one team, under one roof," said Katy Kruze, VP of communications.

LumiVid, which has been in business since 2008, is one of only a few St. Louis companies that offers full scale script-to-screen premium motion production consulting and services from website development to national television commercial productions.  "We knew the game was changing and a new model of agency needed to be formed," said Will Lackey, Chairman of the VOG Companies. "As old-school advertising models continue to lose their foothold, companies wanting to invest in marketing need a strategy that makes sense in the new real-time world of digital advertising. The lines that were drawn between traditional and digital advertising just a few years ago have diminished. VOG Advertising not only has the skills and experience to design and produce strategic advertising campaigns, but also the capabilities to monitor and react to campaign performance as it is happening in real-time."

VOG Advertising's team will work out of LumiVid's current office in Chesterfield Valley which occupies 4,600 square feet of premium production studio space. The team will be using a proprietary creative process that helps them formulate and design content that is optimized for each major phase of the consumer life-cycle. "We believe there is major potential for brands to establish connections with target audiences and inspire action through all phases of the consumer life-cycle," said Lackey. "Right now we see most brands only achieving partial marketing success because they attempt to create one-size-fits-all content and distribute it to a partial set of traditional and/or digital media."

Market and SEO research capabilities combined with strategic creative design and production as well as media buying and real-time analytics together on one team places VOG Advertising in a league its own. "Whether a plan calls for traditional advertising, digital advertising, search marketing or social marketing, VOG Advertising leaves no stone unturned," said Lackey. "Our aggressive strategies are geared for impact and are a company's best shot at driving new business."

As part of the new merger launch, VOG Advertising is granting production vouchers for their new clients that can save them thousands of dollars in any single campaign. Those companies wanting to fast-track their new business growth should contact VOG Advertising at the following:
