NEW YORK, Feb. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Avenue Income Credit Strategies Fund (NYSE: ACP), a closed-end management investment company, declared on this date, February 3, 2014, a monthly dividend of $0.12 per share of Common Stock, payable April 30, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 11, 2014. Ex-date will be April 9, 2014.
The amount of dividends paid by the Fund may vary from time to time. Past amounts of dividends are no guarantee of future dividend amounts.
The final determination of the source and tax characteristics of all distributions in 2014 will be made after the end of the year.
