Verint to Ring NASDAQ Stock Market Closing Bell February 5, 2014

ring the NASDAQ Stock Market closing bell tomorrow, February 5, 2014 at
4 pm ET, to commemorate its 20th Anniversary, which occurred
on February 1, and to celebrate the closing of its acquisition of KANA
Software, which took place yesterday, February 3.
