Lennar Prices $400 Million of Senior Notes

MIAMI, Feb. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN and LEN.B) announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of $400 million of 4.50% Senior Notes due June 2019 (the "Notes").  The Company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and for general corporate purposes.  The offering of the Notes is expected to close on February 12, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Notes will have an interest rate of 4.50% and will pay interest semi-annually on June 15 and December 15 commencing June 15, 2014.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, BMO Capital Markets Corp. and UBS Securities LLC are acting as Joint Book-Running Managers in the offering.  PNC Capital Markets LLC and Comerica Securities, Inc. are acting as Co-Managers in the offering.
