TULSA, Okla., Feb. 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- ONE Gas, Inc. (OGS) announced today that members of its senior management team will ring The Closing Bell at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) tomorrow, Feb. 7, 2014, at 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (3 p.m. Central Standard Time) to celebrate the official start of ONE Gas as a stand-alone, 100 percent regulated, publicly traded natural gas distribution company.

ONE Gas completed its separation from ONEOK, Inc. (NYSE: OKE) on Jan. 31, 2014, and began "regular-way" trading on the NYSE on Feb. 3, 2014.
