Kroll Factual Data, Inc. (“Kroll Factual Data”), a leading provider of risk mitigation and independent verification services to mortgage lenders, banks, credit unions and property management firms, announced today the addition of several Kroll Factual Data product integrations into Ellie Mae’s Encompass® mortgage management solution. Kroll Factual Data’s suite of Third-Party Verifications will be available beginning February 6, 2014 with a suite of Risk Mitigation Services available later this year. Other Kroll Factual Data services currently integrated with Encompass include Bureau Express Credit Reports, Flood Determination Reports, and Loan Review Report, a product specifically designed to help clients comply with Fannie Mae’s Loan Quality Initiative (LQI).
Kroll Factual Data Third-Party Verification services include Verification of Employment (VOE), Verification of Deposit (VOD), Tax Return Verifications (TRV), and Social Security number verifications (SSID).
