LoanTek Adds Market Share with Informa Research Services

LoanTek has completed pricing and lead management integration with Informa Research Services, a market research corporation specializing in the financial industry that produces mortgage table integrations with enterprise domain partners. This new development provides LoanTek lenders with market access to the advertising portals aggregated within the Informa umbrella including MSN Money, MSN Real Estate, Yahoo Homes, Homes.com, Trulia, and others.

“The rate at which we have added markets for our lenders is staggering,” said Adam Stein, CEO of LoanTek, Inc. “Currently LoanTek allows mortgage lenders more market access than any of our competitors - making LoanTek the most efficient hub for lenders transacting with online mortgage shoppers. LoanTek lenders can now access consumers on partner domains like Bankrate, LendingTree, Homes.com, MSN Money, MSN Real Estate, QuinStreet, Trulia, Yahoo Homes, Zillow, and more.”

“It’s exciting to be working with LoanTek,” said Michael Adler, president and managing director of Informa Research Services. “The integration built for LoanTek will enable advertising lenders to reach consumers actively searching the Internet for the best mortgage lending offers.”
