Apps World North America, the leading show for the apps and mobile world, smashed targets this week with another record-breaking show.
Held at the Moscone Center West in San Francisco from February 5-6 Apps World North America saw more than 7,000 developers, marketers and mobile specialists come together to learn from more than 300 speakers in 11 specialist tracks at the show.
The show’s record-breaking numbers was again testament to the strength of the speaker line-up at the show which included Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, Chrome developer advocate Paul Irish and Kristian Segerstrale, co-founder of Playfish amongst many others.
As well as the conference streams and exhibition the show also included specialist start-up zones packed full of innovative new names and start-up businesses eager to show off what they are doing to a wider audience as they grow into the industry giants of tomorrow.
A key feature of Apps World is the Hackfest – two day hackathons held at the show – and again this year’s show didn’t disappoint with developers and creatives coming together to develop with some amazing new solutions in both the TV Hackfest and the Apps Hackfest at the event.
Ian Johnson, founder of Apps World, said: “We are thrilled to have delivered another record-breaking show in San Francisco this week. Our speakers, exhibitors and 11 conference tracks have once again proven a strong draw for anyone wanting to be the best in the mobile and apps world.”

"We build IoT infrastructure products - when you have to integrate different devices, different systems and cloud you have to build an application to do that but we eliminate the need to build an application. Our products can integrate any device, any system, any cloud regardless of protocol," explained Peter Jung, Chief Product Officer at Pulzze Systems, in this SYS-CON.tv interview at @ThingsExpo, held November 1-3, 2016, at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, CA.
