The 2013 Best in KLAS: Software and Services report is published by KLAS, a research firm specializing in monitoring and reporting the performance of healthcare vendors. KLAS gathers feedback directly from clients on vendor performance. Over 16,000 executives from 4,500 hospitals and nearly 2,500 ambulatory organizations give input to the rankings of the vendors. A “Category Leader” designation identifies top-rated vendor products for certain market segments in the Best in KLAS Awards report.

We work closely with our clients to ensure the solutions we offer address their specific needs, and we are pleased that they continue to communicate their positive feedback to KLAS, year after year.”

As labor costs continue to rise and the demand for care increases, hospitals and health systems are focusing on organizational priorities tied to workforce management. API Healthcare clients are seeking technology that provides across the board insight into scheduling gaps, available resources and cost controls, ensuring budgets are met and patient care quality remains high. By providing a holistic perspective on the entire workforce, API Healthcare solutions allow their clients to streamline efficiencies enterprise-wide, allowing for a more effective and efficient workforce.
