The growth of iPoint Global application has open new doors by providing streaming entertainment to mobile devices and now adding the Samsung Smart TV to its viewing audience. New movies, TV shows and music videos are presently available.  New content by way of a monthly subscription, VOD or Live TV networks are added weekly.

During the CES trade show last month Mr. Ortiz met and agreed to engage a group called Smart Clips who will manage our advertising and commercial insertions over our entire platform.  SmartClip (www.SmartClip.com) delivers a wide range of video formats from the premium publishers and content owners in its portfolio, including international, regional and local. The targeting and subsequent reporting of campaign success can be carried out with either SmartClip's integrated engine or third-party solutions. This relationship provides high end advertisers to our platform such as Visa, Red Bull, BMW, Pepsi and more.

Throughout the month of February, iPoint's "a la' carte" system has begin receiving new content it has presently acquired, consisting of movies, shows, sports and news. Many content distributers could offer their applications by way of the iPoint Global environment. The app provides customers control of the content they desire to consume and place the cost of each provider within the iPoint payment gateway for one bill.  iPoint receives a commission on all content sold via its app.
