Dynamic Funds(R) Announces Changes to Dynamic Focus+ Resource Fund

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - February 10, 2014) - Dynamic Funds, a division of 1832 Asset Management L.P., today announced portfolio manager changes to Dynamic Focus+ Resource Fund, renamed Dynamic Resource Fund (the "Fund"), effective today.

Jennifer Stevenson and Robert Cohen of 1832 Asset Management L.P., the manager of the Fund, have been appointed co-portfolio managers to the Fund, replacing the current portfolio sub-advisor. Ms. Stevenson and Mr. Cohen have a history of working together on other resource mandates at Dynamic Funds. 1832 Asset Management L.P. remains the investment fund manager for the Fund.

Jennifer Stevenson, VP & Portfolio Manager, has approximately 24 years of experience in the energy sector as a portfolio manager, investment banker, and oil and gas specialist with two Canadian energy producers and is a member of Dynamic's award-winning Equity Income team. She manages several other energy and resource portfolios at Dynamic Funds, focusing on investing in quality businesses. Ms. Stevenson has an Advanced Certificate in Petroleum Land Contract Administration, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing & Finance from the University of Calgary.

Robert Cohen, VP & Portfolio Manager, has approximately 25 years combined experience in the mining industry and is a mineral process engineer by training. He is also lead portfolio manager for many of Dynamic's precious metals and gold mandates, utilizing a disciplined investment process to select best-in-class securities. Mr. Cohen has a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Mining and Mineral Process Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia and is a CFA charterholder.

There will be no change to the Fund's investment objective as a result of the portfolio manager changes.
