SYZYGY Group acquires majority stake in award-winning Ars Thanea

London, 11 February 2014: Digital communication and marketing network, SYZYGY Group has raised its shareholding in Warsaw-based agency Ars Thanea from 26 to 70 per cent. With a current revenue of £2.5 million, Ars Thanea is internationally recognised for its high quality work in the field of digital illustration, animation and interactive design.

SYZYGY Group expects its revenues to increase by 20 per cent to £35 million in 2014 with Ars Thanea forming a core part of the company's growth strategy. Ars Thanea's 50 skilled employees will add to SYZYGY's existing team to create a combined talent pool of 450 people.

Co-Founder, Peter Jaworowski of Ars Thanea has repeatedly been named in the top 10 within AdWeek´s Talent List and has now built a team of 50 skilled employees. The company's gaming division, AT Games, has earned an international reputation in games development. The iPhone / iPad game "Puzzle Craft" has been downloaded almost 4 million times so far and has won numerous awards, including "25 Best iOS Games ever" (IGN.com), and best "Board/Puzzle" at the Appy Awards 2013.
