The private placement comes from an expansion of the Company's existing Series D debentures, whose final redemption date is in 2016
The purpose of the funding is to refinance debt maturities and finance the Company's continued growth
ADAMA Agricultural Solutions Ltd. announced today the completion of a private placement to accredited investors through the expansion of series D debentures.
The Company issued 487,795 units (with each unit including NIS 1,000 par value of series D debentures) which represent approx. NIS 527 million (approx. USD 149 million).
The price determined in the tender was NIS 1,080 which reflects a yield of 2.64%.
