SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif., Feb. 12, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- With over 30 years in business, Jeff Spevack of Continental Motor Works has a keen understanding of the programs and services that his customers most appreciate. Among Spevack's most popular offerings is the Continental Car Care Club, a program that provides customers with what the company refers to as "worry-free car care," a statement that, given the program's popularity, rings true.
"Over the years, I have come to understand what our customers want and need out of a car care provider," said Spevack, the owner of Continental Motor Works, or CMW. "The one thing that most vehicle owners want to avoid is the dreaded big repair bill."
Somewhat ironically, many drivers avoid routine car maintenance out of fear that a larger and more costly repair may in fact be needed. According to Spevack, the best way to avoid a major repair is by paying attention to the seemingly minor details, such as the regular maintenance and check-ups available through the Continental Car Care Club.
"Most of the major repairs that we see could have easily been prevented had the driver been performing regular maintenance," said Spevack. "It is when the minor details are overlooked that the major problems begin to come into play. We strongly encourage every vehicle owner to ensure that they are taking proper care of their vehicle at all times."
The Continental Car Care Club offered by CMW is catered to the needs of all drivers with two different programs based upon the annual yearly mileage driven. For customers who log less than 10,000 miles per year, the silver plan includes two services which are performed every six months. For customers who drive with greater frequency, the gold plan includes four services which are performed every three months. Either way, the Continental Car Care Club is designed to help drivers avoid expensive repairs through regular routine maintenance.
"The program not only helps our customers avoid those costly repairs, it also helps keep their vehicle running smoothly all of the time," said Spevack. "There are so many advantages to taking care of your vehicle's routine maintenance; I really cannot emphasize enough the benefits that our customers experience through this program."
