(NYSE: GPI), an international, Fortune 500 automotive retailer, today announced that its board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.17 per share for the fourth quarter of 2013. The dividend will be payable on March 17, 2014, to stockholders of record as of March 3, 2014.
