NEW YORK, Feb. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- S&P Capital IQ, a business unit of McGraw Hill Financial (NYSE: MHFI), and a leader in financial data, research and analytics, today announced the hire of Sunny Uberoi as Vice President, Global Communications. In this role, Mr. Uberoi will manage a global team of communications specialists focusing on internal and external audiences.

Most recently Sunny Uberoi was the Head of Stakeholder Engagement Communications at Deloitte, where he was responsible for developing thought leadership platforms across the business units to drive reputation, engagement and positioning in the marketplace. He also had responsibility for public relations, crisis communications, digital and social media. Before joining Deloitte, Mr. Uberoi was the Global Head of Communications for Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, leading all external and internal communications. Additionally, he has worked for a number of biotechnology companies and public relations agencies.
