MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 02/19/14 -- Liquid Nutrition Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE: LQD) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Anil Singh to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Mr. Singh currently serves as the Vice President Investor and Corporate Affairs for Quest Rare Earth Minerals. He has spent his entire career in the fields of investment banking and investor relations. In addition, Mr. Singh's experience includes the execution of mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing and strategic planning across a variety of industries including the food and beverage sector. Mr. Singh holds an MBA and Honours BA in Economics.
