WIMAUMA, Fla., Feb. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- NVR, Inc. (NYSE: NVR), one of the nation's largest homebuilding and mortgage banking companies, announces the grand opening of its new Estero Bay and Sandpiper Point single-family model homes at Ayersworth Glen in Wimauma, FL. Built by NVR's Ryan Homes division, Ayersworth Glen is located in Hillsborough County near Interstate 75 featuring a host of on-site amenities and walking trails. Ayersworth Glen homes are priced from the upper $160,000's.

Ayersworth Glen is a collection of new Hillsborough County homes with on-site recreation including a clubhouse, a swimming pool, picnic pavilions, fitness center, a playground and a basketball court. Homes offer up to almost 3,100 square feet of living space with as many as six bedrooms and four baths. Every model comes with a two-car garage, and some even offer scenic pond views. There are beaches just down the road, and Interstate 75 allows for easy access to downtown Tampa. Area destinations include the popular Busch Gardens, the Westfield Brandon Shopping Center, Summerfield Crossings Golf Club and Ybor City. Ayersworth Glen is also near employment opportunities at MacDill Air Force Base, St. Joseph's Hospital, the Port of Tampa and the University of South Florida.

The Estero Bay model features 4+ bedrooms and 2.5+ bathrooms. The layout opens through an expansive foyer with an archway leading to the main living area. A combination living room/dining room may be transformed into an optional double-door study for those who work from home. The open kitchen features a center island and dinette, and flows seamlessly to the large family room. Outside is a covered lanai accessible from sliding doors in the family room. Ascend the waterfall staircase and find four large bedrooms and a loft. The owner's bedroom features two walk-in closets and an ensuite owner's bath with a separate soaking tub, shower and a dual-sink vanity. Buyers may opt to put a fifth bedroom and full bath in place of the loft. Homeowners at Ayersworth Glen can choose from a wide range of designer options including hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, guest suites, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen, designer lighting fixtures and stone accented exteriors.

The Sandpiper Point model offers 4+ bedrooms with almost 2,300 square feet, all on one convenient level. Step into the entrance foyer accented with a graceful archway and discover a formal living room and dining room on either side. An inviting, oversized kitchen with a dinette is in the heart of the home, and a sliding glass door in the adjacent family room brings the outdoors in. There are four spacious bedrooms in the Sandpiper Point model, including an owner's suite with a personal bath and a huge walk-in closet. Three additional bedrooms, a full bath and a laundry room are on the opposite side of the home. Residents may tailor their Sandpiper Point layout to suit their needs by adding a sitting room to the owner's suite and by transforming the living room into a study or a fifth bedroom suite. Buyers may choose from a wide range of designer options, including hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen, designer lighting fixtures and stone-accented exteriors.
