IDT Corporation (NYSE:IDT) will report its financial and operational results for the second quarter of its fiscal year 2014 on Thursday, March 6, 2014 after market close.
The second quarter fiscal year 2014 (the three months ended January 31, 2014) earnings release will be filed on a Form 8-K and posted on the investor relations page of the IDT website (www.idt.net/about/ir) at approximately 4:30 PM ET on March 6th. As in prior quarters, the earnings release will not be issued over a wire service.
IDT’s conference call will begin at 5:30 PM ET on the 6th with management’s discussion of financial and operational results, business outlook and strategy followed by Q&A with investors.
