As App Downloads Exceed 100 Billion Annually, Keynote Introduces Mobile App Monitoring to Improve App Performance in Real-Time

In an increasingly mobile-first world, Gartner reported that Mobile app stores will see annual downloads reach 268 billion in 2017, with total revenue of $77 billion, growing at 27% annually from 2012 and 2017. In-app purchases will account for almost half of the total revenue in 2017. Yet Gartner also estimates only 5% of IT Operations teams currently monitor the performance of mobile apps.
