"The reseller agreement between Samsung and NQ Mobile is a natural evolution of our relationship and shared dedication to providing the strongest security solutions that still enable full device functionality in the enterprise setting," said Injong Rhee, Senior Vice President of KNOX Business, IT & Mobile Communications Division, Samsung Electronics.

"NQ Mobile looks forward to this strengthened relationship with Samsung and the ability to promote and resell Samsung KNOX mobile security services for Samsung's entire Android device portfolio including the Samsung GALAXY S and Samsung Note devices," said Gavin Kim, President, International and Chief Commercial Officer, NQ Mobile.

The new agreement extends the strategic relationship between NQ Mobile and Samsung, enabling NQ Mobile to sell, distribute and promote the Samsung KNOX end-to-end mobile security solution for Samsung devices.
