VeliQ, the global mobility Platform-as-a-Service (mPaaS™) provider, has made MobiDM available via the Parallels Automation platform. As a result Parallels’ partners can now start to enrich their cloud offerings with VeliQ’s Mobile Device Management services.
KPN, a leading carrier in the Netherlands, and a Parallels’ partner, has already added VeliQ’s services to its Open Cloud Store offering, providing their wholesale partners a simple selling, delivery and invoicing model in the mid market.
“VeliQ’s innovative platform and approach – embedding proven Afaria© technology from SAP – offers our partners and their customers a white-labelled, self-service and easy to use solution for mobile device management, application management, content management and security. The cooperation with Parallels and the prominent Dutch carrier is an example of VeliQ’s ecosystem approach, allowing VeliQ’s partners to provide their customers the most complete, best-of-breed mobile technologies in an easy to use and scalable SaaS model,” said Alex Bausch, CEO and founder of VeliQ.
“Application Packaging Standard (APS) has become a global standard for cloud enablement of applications and service that streamlines integration and speeds time to market,” said John Zanni, chief marketing officer, Parallels. “This APS compliant MDM service offering from VeliQ gives our partners access to a cost-effective solution to further enhance their offerings.”
Monday, February 24th until Wednesday, February 26th, the Parallels Summit will take place in New Orleans, where this end-to-end solution will be demonstrated. More information can be found here: http://www.parallels.com/summit/2014/
