Broadview Networks, a leading provider of cloud-based business communications services, has been recognized with three Stevie® Awards from this year’s Sales & Customer Service Awards. Broadview won the Gold Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year, its Service Delivery Team won a Silver Stevie Award in the category of Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year and its Repair Team won a Bronze Stevie Award in the category of Customer Service Complaints Team of the Year.
The winners were announced during the 2014 awards gala and banquet at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas on February 21. The Stevies, now in their 13th year, are awards recognizing outstanding achievements in various business categories. This is the sixth consecutive year Broadview has been recognized.
