New Premium Support Offering for Exact Macola

Exact, a trusted advisor and a leading provider of ERP business solutions for small to medium-sized (SMB) manufacturing and distribution companies, announces a new Premium Support offering to its Exact Macola users. The new Premium Support offering is designed for customers seeking to optimize their investment in Exact technology, reduce business risk and increase productivity through a more direct, personal relationship with the Exact support organization.

The focus of Exact Macola Premium Support is to improve efficiency and collaboration in all areas of customers’ businesses, from work order processing to shop floor control. To enable continued efficiency with few interruptions, Premium Support offerings include a dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM) who acts as a customer’s single point of contact for support matters and strategic advice, as well as access to Support Consulting services including risk assessments and hands-on training.

Premium Support is available in two service levels – Silver and Gold – differentiated by frequency of formal assessments, after-hours support availability and timeliness of problem resolution.
