Punchcard Partners with SessionM to Reward Consumers For In-Store Purchases, Delivering Deeper Insights Into Consumer Behavior

mPOINTS Integration in Shopping App, Punchcard, Expands the Loyalty Platform's Reach Into Retail

BOSTON, Feb. 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- SessionM, powering the loyalty program used by hundreds of leading mobile apps, today announced a partnership with Punchcard, a shopping app that rewards consumers for completing in-store purchases at over 15 million locations including every restaurant, retailer, grocery store and gas station nationwide.  

Consumers who use the Punchcard app will receive mPOINTS (mobile points), SessionM's mobile loyalty point system, each time they make a purchase at a local business and take a photo of the receipt with the Punchcard app. mPOINTS can be earned across all apps in SessionM's network of publisher partners and are redeemable for merchandise, gift-cards and contest entries within each of these apps.  

Punchcard, in making the switch to points-as-currency, chose to integrate SessionM's loyalty platform due to the success of mPOINTS with mobile users across category leading publishers like The Weather Channel, Zynga and Aol, as well as the ease of setup and management.  Now the more you shop with Punchcard, the more you earn.

Punchcard will also be promoting their app across SessionM's network, reaching a potential audience of over 60 million monthly active users.
