Airspan and Radisys Jointly Awarded in "Pushing the Limits - Mobile" Category

BARCELONA, SPAIN -- (Marketwired) -- 02/26/14 -- Airspan Networks Inc., a leading provider of 4G LTE small cell RAN solutions wins the Telecoms.com award for its ground-breaking LTE-Advanced Small Cell, AirSynergy. Telecoms.com celebrates the pioneering achievements of the key players within the global communications industry.

The award winning AirSynergy product family is a range of high performance LTE eNodeB small cells optimized for deployment in Heterogeneous Networks on non-traditional deployment locations (e.g. on lamp posts, utility poles, rooftops). AirSynergy eNodeB supports non-contiguous, single, dual or triple carrier operation with support for LTE-Advanced Release 10 carrier aggregation. This live demonstration shows the service experience possible from a multi-carrier TD-LTE small cells and the capacities of > 300Mbit/s that users can expect.
