- Agreement brings Chicago-based consulting firm's rich experience in deploying and integrating customer interaction solutions to Aspect's growing channel community

CrossRealms, Inc. will add Aspect's full suite of customer contact and workforce solutions. A certified tier 3 Aspect Advanced Systems Support and Installation provider, the company will offer complete system installations including network infrastructure, telephony/PBX, server and storage platforms, and virtualized environments.
