Tvigle Media, Russia’s leading online broadcaster, will screen the Russian premiere of season 2 of Hannibal – the first time a major TV series has been broadcast online before network TV in Russia.
Under a deal with Sony Pictures Television International Networks (SPT), Tvigle will bring the long-awaited second season of Hannibal to Russian viewers on March 1, immediately before the first episode airs on the Sony Sci-Fi channel and just one day after the US network premiere.
Subsequent episodes will be available on Tvigle.ru immediately after showing on Sony Sci-Fi.
All episodes will be broadcast free of charge on www.tvigle.ru, via Tvigle’s partner sites and on connected devices (smart TV, set-to-box and mobile devices).

Season 1 of Hannibal was a Russian internet hit, hooking more than a million unique viewers on Tvigle and its partner networks. The series won thousands of fans, and social media users praised Tvigle for bringing Hannibal to viewers free of charge over the Internet.
