LONDON, February 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --

Integreon, a leading global provider of outsourced legal, document, research, and business support, today announced the appointment of Laurel Lichty as Vice President, Compliance Services.

Lichty joins a team of leading legal process outsourcing (LPO) experts at Integreon who routinely advise major law firms and corporations on legal outsourcing solutions aimed at reducing both internal and external legal costs while improving operational efficiencies. Lichty added, "I'm excited to join the team at Integreon and the legal process outsourcing movement. The global regulatory environment is continually changing. Tapping into legal expertise from around the world is not just smart business - it is increasingly vital to effective compliance programs and anti-corruption protection. Integreon's global, multi-lingual LPO delivery platform can help provide cost effective solutions to the complex challenges facing corporations in today's increasingly regulated and globalised economy."

As a recognised compliance subject matter expert and thought leader, in addition to heading the delivery of Integreon's Compliance services, Lichty will continue to engage with the international legal and compliance communities through published works and her participation in webinars, conferences, and professional associations. Through this involvement, she will facilitate industry dialog and the further development of standards and best practices around the use of LPO for effective management of corporate compliance programs.
