Skyworks Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: SWKS), an innovator of high performance analog semiconductors enabling a broad range of end markets, today announced that its Board of Directors has adopted a dividend policy pursuant to which the Company intends to pay quarterly cash dividends on its common stock. Subject to declaration by the Board of Directors, the Company plans to initiate a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share sometime within its third fiscal quarter of 2014, which begins on April 1, 2014.
