CARLSBAD, Calif., March 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Patriot Scientific Corporation (OTCBB: PTSC) today announced that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on April 30, 2014. The Company's Board of Directors has fixed the close of business as of today, March 3, 2014, as the record date for the determination of stockholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the annual meeting.
The meeting will be conducted in a virtual format and broadcast via web-streaming. Additional details regarding the annual meeting will be made available in the Company's Proxy Statement due to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by no later than March 21, 2014.
