TORRANCE, California, March 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Agile-1, a global workforce management solutions company, is pleased to announce the expansion of their global operations into Chennai, India. To support the new location, the company has appointed Frank Gordon as the Country Manager to lead their ongoing business development and growth strategy throughout India. Gordon will be responsible for overseeing the company's service and technology solutions which include: managed services programs, vendor management technology, recruitment process outsourcing, payrolling services, independent contractor compliance, and statement of work management.
Prior to joining Agile-1, Gordon worked for Polaris Financial Technology as Vice President and HR Director. He facilitated 33 percent market growth in less than three years. Gordon also held leadership positions at Unilever, Standard Chartered Bank and Computer Associates Durr India, P& Nedlloyd & Clariant International where he further developed his experience building robust client portfolios.
