(OTC:ICBU) The Company announced it has retained Street Capital, Inc, an Atlanta based investment banking firm, to assist the Company in a variety of corporate initiatives and to assist the Company in seeking financial and strategic alternatives.  StreetCapital's broad range of service offerings is to provide the Company with the necessary tools required to accomplish portions of the current Company Management's business plan and assist in sustaining Company growth into the foreseeable future.
