On March 3, 2014, Sohu.com Inc. (Sohu) announced the resignation of Belinda Wang as the Company's Co-President and Chief Operating Officer, effective March 31, 2014. ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd. Analyst Notes

On March 3, 2014, ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd. (ChinaCache) announced that it has signed a definitive securities purchase agreement with certain Institutional Investors affiliated with one of the world's leading institutional investment management firms. The Company informed that pursuant to this agreement, the Institutional Investors will make an aggregate investment of $55 million in ChinaCache by subscribing for 53.6 million newly issued ordinary shares of the Company, which are represented by 3.4 million American Depositary Shares (ADSs) of the Company. ChinaCache stated that the purchase price for this transaction is $16.34 per ADS, or $1.02 per ordinary share. The Company expects the transaction to close in March 2014, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Blucora, Inc. Analyst Notes

On February 26, 2014, Blucora, Inc. (Blucora) announced that its affordable tax solutions provider wholly-owned subsidiary, TaxAct has released a donation tracking app called Donation Assistant which aids taxpayers in tracking their non-cash and cash donations throughout the year and maximize their deductions at tax time. Blucora informed that taxpayers can download the free app now to start tracking their 2014 donations so that, at tax time, the data can be quickly and easily transferred to TaxACT Deluxe 2014 for tax returns due April 2015. According to Blucora, the information will automatically transfer to the program's Donation Assistant tool, calculate deduction amounts and complete Schedule A and Form 8283.
