This technology, which exceeds any capabilities currently available in the state, will replace EIRMC's existing linear accelerator that has served over 3000 patients since 2001.
The tear down and installation of the new linear accelerator will take nearly three months, which presented EIRMC with a unique challenge: how to continue providing critical and life-saving radiotherapy to patients who need it today.
