DENVER, CO -- (Marketwired) -- 03/05/14 -- Subsentio, the first name in trusted third-party lawful intercept solutions, today launched Introduce Us, a sales referral program that will pay members of the telecom industry $500 per lead that closes. Eligible participants include sales representatives and account managers from the full span of the communications industry: any service provider, equipment manufacturer or data center operator.
"The Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act ("CALEA") requires telecommunications Service Providers to provide technical capabilities to law enforcement agencies, in support of lawfully authorized electronic surveillance," said Martin McDermott, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Customer Care. "CALEA covers traditional telecommunications carriers, as well as providers of facilities-based broadband Internet access and two-way interconnected VoIP."
"As Subsentio's solutions do not compete with vendors in these categories, our lawful intercept solution is a complementary benefit to their customers," McDermott added.
While the large carriers and service providers have been CALEA compliant for years, many smaller telecom carriers and almost all hosted service providers still are not. The Subsentio Introduce Us Program addresses those companies that aren't compliant.
