Talenti® Gelato & Sorbetto Launches Three New Gelato Flavors

MINNEAPOLIS, March 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- At today's Natural Products Expo West, Talenti® Gelato & Sorbetto — the world's best-selling packaged gelato — announces the launch of three delicious new gelato flavors that reinvent classic American desserts: Caramel Apple Pie, Fudge Brownie and Raspberries & Cream. All flavors are currently rolling out to retailers nationwide.

Talenti's newest additions to its growing line of gelatos remind us that America's favorite sweet treats are just as good enjoyed as creamy, delicious frozen desserts.

Caramel Apple Pie is made with real cinnamon sticks, pieces of Red Delicious apples, sweet flakey piecrust and a caramel swirl for a unique yet familiar flavor experience.

Fudge Brownie combines Talenti's extra dark chocolate gelato with chewy chunks of baked brownie and a swirl of rich dark fudge for a decadent treat that's sure to delight chocoholics and brownie fans.

Raspberries & Cream blends Talenti's luscious sweet cream gelato with pieces of fresh raspberries and a tart raspberry and balsamic ripple for a sophisticated twist on a favorite flavor combination.

"We know our fans love the comforting flavors of classic American desserts, so we wanted to give them a new way to enjoy their favorite classics with a special Talenti twist," said Josh Hochschuler, Founder of Talenti. "With the introduction of these new gelato flavors, we continue to uphold our commitment to making the best quality and best tasting gelatos in the freezer aisle."

Caramel Apple Pie, Fudge Brownie and Raspberries & Cream are made using only the finest ingredients – that means fresh milk, extra fine pure cane sugar, premium chocolate, and real fruit and spices. And with about 30% less fat than regular ice cream, they are also a better-for-you option.

Developing software for the Internet of Things (IoT) comes with its own set of challenges. Security, privacy, and unified standards are a few key issues. In addition, each IoT product is comprised of (at least) three separate application components: the software embedded in the device, the back-end service, and the mobile application for the end user’s controls. Each component is developed by a different team, using different technologies and practices, and deployed to a different stack/target –...
What does it look like when you have access to cloud infrastructure and platform under the same roof? According to Forrester Research, every business will become either a digital predator or digital prey by 2020. To avoid demise, organizations must rapidly create new sources of value in their end-to-end customer experiences. True digital predators also must break down information and process silos and extend digital transformation initiatives to empower employees with the digital resources needed to win, serve, and retain customers.
A strange thing is happening along the way to the Internet of Things, namely far too many devices to work with and manage. Enter the conversational interface revolution, combining bots we can literally talk with, gesture to, and even direct with our thoughts, with embedded artificial intelligence, wh...

Complete Internet of Things (IoT) embedded device security is not just about the device but involves the entire product’s identity, data and control integrity, and services traversing the cloud. A device can no longer be looked at as an island; it is a part of a system. In fact, given the cross-domain interactions enabled by IoT it could be a part of many systems. Also, depending on where the device is deployed, for example, in the office building versus a factory floor or oil field, security ha...
Ask someone to architect an Internet of Things (IoT) solution and you are guaranteed to see a reference to the cloud. This would lead you to believe that IoT requires the cloud to exist. In this strange new world where more and more power is drawn from business technology, companies are effectively straddling two paths on the road to innovation and transformation into digital enterprises.
