Fuse Powered Launches AdRally, The Only Fully Managed Mobile Ad Mediation Platform

AdRally Features Exclusive User Segmentation and Targeting Capabilities

TORONTO, March 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Fuse Powered, a leading mobile technology and monetization platform provider, today announced the launch of its ad mediation platform, AdRally. AdRally is the only fully managed ad mediation solution for mobile apps and games. Fuse Powered is widely known for FuseBoxx, its mobile publishing platform with actionable analytics and suite of tools.

AdRally also adds a capability not offered by any other platform or network by harnessing Custom App Experiences, a tool that is unique to the FuseBoxx platform. Custom audience segmentation based on player behavior allows for specific features, experiences, notifications, and now ads to be delivered to those distinct audience segments.

"Delivering sustainable ad revenue is core to the long term success of the Dumb Ways to Die app. When we replaced the various independent ad networks with AdRally, revenue instantly increased by over 300%," said Travis J. Rutherford, President of Evolution USA, the brand management agency for Metro Trains Melbourne, publisher of Dumb Ways to Die. "It's one simple easy to manage solution versus having to coordinate multiple ad SDKs and waterfalls

AdRally solves a significant problem for developers and publishers. A fully managed solution means they no longer have to manage multiple networks and a static ad waterfall on their own, which is complicated and time-consuming. AdRally partners with the top ad networks worldwide and selects, serves and optimizes the best performing video and interstitial campaigns. Clients can segment players based on their behavior and turn ads off to their paying players.  As well, they retain full control over where, when and how frequently to run ads. This capability allows for fine tuned ad mediation, ensuring maximum effectiveness while preserving a positive user experience.

"AdRally is solving a major problem. Every other ad solution on the market is incredibly difficult to use, since they're all self-managed. No one has time for that," says Jon Walsh, CEO.  "With AdRally, there's one SDK, and one check, right into the partner's pocket. We're like Switzerland; we don't care who the partner is, we just want to ensure they get the highest revenue, while still maintaining control over all aspects of the ads they show, and which they blacklist. There's no other solution that allows for that kind of flexibility."

AdRally and FuseBoxx are free to mobile app and game publishers and developers. Integration takes less than an hour so partners can start maximizing ad revenue quickly and easily.

WebRTC has had a real tough three or four years, and so have those working with it. Only a few short years ago, the development world were excited about WebRTC and proclaiming how awesome it was. You might have played with the technology a couple of years ago, only to find the extra infrastructure requirements were painful to implement and poorly documented. This probably left a bitter taste in your mouth, especially when things went wrong.

Too often with compelling new technologies market participants become overly enamored with that attractiveness of the technology and neglect underlying business drivers. This tendency, what some call the “newest shiny object syndrome,” is understandable given that virtually all of us are heavily engaged in technology. But it is also mistaken. Without concrete business cases driving its deployment, IoT, like many other technologies before it, will fade into obscurity.
Any Ops team trying to support a company in today’s cloud-connected world knows that a new way of thinking is required – one just as dramatic than the shift from Ops to DevOps. As more intelligent IoT applications shift into gear, they’re merging into the ever-increasing traffic flow of the Internet.
