About Diversity Management Selection 100
METI implemented its Diversity Management Selection 100 program in fiscal 2012 with the aim of broadening the number of companies engaged in management practices that foster diversity, offering examples of forward-thinking corporate initiatives that tie the promotion of diversity to management results, and to broadly instill in a company's management the significance of diversity in corporate strategy.
