Novitex Enterprise Solutions, the industry-leading provider of the Integrated Document Life Cycle™ (IDLC™) in the Document Outsourcing market, announced today the launch of a new Insurance-based service solution for underwriting services to reduce costs and standardize workflow processes using the company’s Six Sigma experts and methodologies.
“Our new Insurance solution empowers Underwriting Support to focus on their core deliverables while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements. Novitex is able to provide secure, compliance-based document services designed to help our clients increase customer satisfaction and reduce costs,” said John Visentin, Novitex Executive Chairman and CEO.
Novitex’s solution is featured as a case study in a new report by InfoTrends, the leading worldwide market research and strategic consulting firm for the digital imaging and document solutions industry. “Finding Value in Document Process Outsourcing (DPO) Engagements,” is now available at InfoTrends.com. Novitex and their IDLC strategy are also highlighted in the March 6, “Insight from InfoTrends” blog by Paul Rizzuto, InfoTrends Analyst.
Novitex’s case study features a Fortune 100 Property & Casualty Insurer that outsourced Underwriting Support Services to “primarily reduce risk and standardize processes while reducing costs,” according to the Novitex case study.
Novitex’s IDLC industry and Six Sigma experts assessed operations and streamlined the existing workflow processes for the insurer. “Novitex was able to apply the IDLC framework to implement standard processes across multiple business locations. It provided risk mitigation by reducing the number of processing errors. By outsourcing this service, this Insurer was able to reduce their overall costs associated with these functions,” according to the Novitex case study.
“Novitex end-to-end service solutions enable our Insurance clients to meet regulatory requirements with data security, chain-of-custody and business continuity functionality,” said Visentin. Novitex offers outsourcing services for Consumer Services and Manufacturing, the Federal Government, the Financial, Healthcare, Legal, States and Universities, and Technology and Energy industries.
