Kofax Takes World’s First Smart Process Application Development and Deployment Platform to the Cloud

Kofax® Limited (NASDAQ: KFX)(LSE: KFX), a leading provider of smart process applications for the business critical First Mile of customer interactions, today announced the availability of Kofax TotalAgility™ 7.1 and Kofax TotalAgility Cloud. TotalAgility 7.1 is an advancement of the company’s flagship smart process application development and deployment platform, which now offers a multi-tenant on premise perpetual license as an alternative to a conventional on premise perpetual license. TotalAgility Cloud delivers the platform as a multi-tenant or dedicated instance Microsoft Azure hosted SaaS subscription offering.

Kofax TotalAgility 7.1 now offers a multi-tenant on premise perpetual license as an alternative to a conventional on premise perpetual license. The multi-tenant on premise perpetual license provides business process outsourcers, service bureaus and shared service centers with unique capabilities. This includes the ability to more easily offer on premise or cloud based services to multiple customers or business units using a single installation of the software while better segregating their respective users, processes, content, reporting and analytics.

TotalAgility Cloud enables enterprises to dramatically transform and simplify the business critical First Mile of real time, information-intensive customer interactions by exploiting the benefits of a hosted SaaS subscription offering, which include the ability to:
