CareView Communications, Inc. Executes Master Agreement with Major Multi-Facility Hospital Group

CareView Communications, Inc. ("CareView" or the "Company") (OTCQB: CRVW), an information technology provider to the healthcare industry, announced today that it recently executed a Master Agreement with a major multi-facility hospital group to carry its CareView System® suite of products and services. This hospital group, whose name cannot be released due to a non-disclosure agreement, operates over 70 hospitals with over 20,000 licensed beds. CareView will receive installation agreements from facilities within the hospital group and will begin installing its products and services as soon as practicable thereafter.
