OSA International, Inc. and Digital Projection Offer the FlexFleet(TM) Rental Program for Professional Stagers

Media Solutions, Powered by OSA International, Manages All Aspects of the FlexFleet Rental Program

LAS VEGAS, NV and CHICAGO, IL and NASHVILLE, TN -- (Marketwired) -- 03/11/14 -- OSA International, Inc., one of the industry's leading audio visual solutions providers for live events and entertainment, and Digital Projection International (DPI) announce their FlexFleet Rental Program to provide professional stagers a competitive option for renting high performance projectors.

Unlike other rental and staging companies, the FlexFleet Rental Program gives professional stagers the option of renting the most current high performance, 3-chip, 20K lumen, TITAN Quad 3D projectors sourced directly from the manufacturer. This rental fleet also includes DPI's staging-oriented RapidRig projector rigging system and a wide selection of lenses. OSA's Media Solutions, which specializes in custom video and multimedia displays, manages all aspects of this program.

Media Solutions works with qualified professional stagers to quote and secure the equipment required for their events. Depending on the level of complexity or staffing resources of the client, Media Solutions has highly qualified field engineers on staff to operate the projectors to ensure a flawless event.

"Clients turn to the FlexFleet program for several reasons," says OSA's CEO and Founder Mario Educate. "In addition to competitive pricing for TITAN Quad 3D projectors, they also have confidence in knowing each piece of equipment is thoroughly tested between shows, and 24/7 technical support is available throughout their event. If our clients choose to use one of our field engineers, they know they are receiving one of the top talents in the industry."

To qualify for the FlexFleet Rental Program, clients must be professional stagers to ensure the life and performance of the TITAN Quad 3D projectors, or hire a Media Solutions' field engineer to operate the system during the event. Media Solutions, powered by OSA International, Inc., is recognized in the event and entertainment industry for its superior quality, expertise, technology, and flawless execution. With more than two decades of experience, knowledge, and growth, Media Solutions is the preferred partner for multimedia and video displays, and staging services of technical directors, producers, production companies and event planners for some of the largest and most complex events in a variety of markets.

"Our goal is to provide professional stagers with a high-end solution they trust at a competitive price point, along with the resources to help make their next event a success," says Educate.

According to Mike Levi, president of DPI, "Digital Projection is committed to providing the most capable projectors and the highest level of support to our customers in the staging market, and providing those customers with a reliable resource for current platform and well maintained projectors on a cross rental basis is vital. In that regard, we are thrilled to have forged the FlexFleet partnership with OSA and Media Solutions." Levi continued, "We have shared more than 15 years of business with Media Solutions. We know the quality of their work, their technical prowess, and the commitment they make to their customers. They are truly the perfect partner to offer our large venue projectors to the staging market on a cross rental basis."

As someone who has been dedicated to automation and Application Release Automation (ARA) technology for almost six years now, one of the most common questions I get asked regards Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS). Specifically, people want to know whether release automation is still needed when a PaaS is in place, and why. Isn't that what a PaaS provides? A solution to the deployment and runtime challenges of an application? Why would anyone using a PaaS then need an automation engine with workflow ...

As enterprises work to take advantage of Big Data technologies, they frequently become distracted by product-level decisions. Eighty percent of a data scientist’s time is spent gathering and cleaning up data, and 80% of all data is unstructured and almost never analyzed. Cognitive computing, in combination with Big Data, is changing the equation by creating data reservoirs and using natural language processing to enable analysis of unstructured data sources. This is impacting every aspect of the analytics profession from how data is mined (and by whom) to how it is delivered. This is not some futuristic vision: it's ha...
