On March 11, 2014, Plug Power Inc. (Plug Power) announced the completion of its previously declared underwritten registered offering of 3.9 million shares of its common stock. According to the Company, the shares were sold at a price to the public of $5.74 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $22.4 million. Plug Power informed that the shares were placed with a single investor and that Cowen and Company, LLC acted as the sole underwriter for the offering. The net proceeds, after underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated fees and expenses payable by Plug Power, were approximately $21.5 million, which the Company intends to use for working capital and other general corporate purposes, including capital expenditures. Dolby Laboratories, Inc. Analyst Notes

On March 10, 2014, Dolby Laboratories, Inc. NeuStar, Inc. Analyst Notes

On March 5, 2014, NeuStar, Inc. (NeuStar) announced that the US Department of Commerce has awarded the Company the contract to continue administering the .US Top Level Domain (TLD), the official country code domain of the United States. The Company said that it has successfully administered this critical domain since 2001, when the Department of Commerce first selected Neustar to build and manage the new domain. According to NeuStar, since becoming the administrator of the .US TLD, it has created an extensive enforcement program to ensure a safe and secure environment for the .US Internet community and has also launched the "Kickstart America" campaign to raise awareness of the .US domain. In the ongoing year, NeuStar plans to launch a new multi-stakeholder council including members representing localities, registrars, small businesses and non-profit organizations as well as entities involved with STEM education and cybersecurity. Control4 Corporation Analyst Notes

On February 26, 2014, Control4 Corporation (Control4) announced that it is now providing customers with a much broader array of home security personalization options through simple integration with the top brands of security cameras and network video recorders (NVRs) on the market. According to the Company, the increased surveillance camera and NVR support results from the implementation of Control4's Simple Device Discovery Protocol (SDDP) by five of the leading security monitoring manufacturers, namely LILIN, Channel Vision, Planet, QNAP and SnapAV. As stated by Control4, SDDP enables device interoperability and integration with Control4 systems for a seamless and efficient experience from start to finish. Control4's Vice President of Security & Communications, Paul Williams said, "We've seen a significant uptick in the integration of security and surveillance into Control4 systems in recent years - in fact, a growing percentage of all Control4 projects now include some form of security.
