Novantas, Inc. announced today that it has acquired PNT Marketing Services, a financial services database marketing and campaign management company. The transaction, structured as an asset purchase, expands the Novantas service portfolio and strengthens its position as the leading revenue management company serving the financial industries.
PNT is a leader in bank marketing services solutions and systems, providing advisory, information, and marketing solutions for many of the largest U.S. commercial banks. PNT Marketing Services has a 26-year track record of helping banks identify, design, and execute efficient and targeted marketing efforts.
