- Assets of five fixed-income funds to be transitioned into five Federated funds

PITTSBURGH, March 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Federated Investors, Inc. (NYSE: FII), one of the nation's largest investment managers, and Huntington Asset Advisors, Inc., an investment adviser subsidiary of The Huntington National Bank, have reached a definitive agreement regarding the acquisition by Federated of certain assets relating to Huntington's management of its fixed-income mutual funds.  In connection with the acquisition, approximately $421 million in fixed-income assets will be reorganized from five Huntington fixed-income mutual funds into five existing Federated fixed-income mutual funds with similar investment objectives.

Companies are harnessing data in ways we once associated with science fiction. Analysts have access to a plethora of visualization and reporting tools, but considering the vast amount of data businesses collect and limitations of CPUs, end users are forced to design their structures and systems with limitations. Until now. As the cloud toolkit to analyze data has evolved, GPUs have stepped in to massively parallel SQL, visualization and machine learning.
