With increasing competition aiming to capitalise on the growing demand for Connected TV and Over-the-Top services brands are constantly looking at new ways to improve their offering and differentiate themselves from the competition. One of the biggest challenges for any VOD service is maintaining quality of service and ensuring any issues are responded to as quickly as possible.

To overcome this challenge TV App Agency have integrated Nice People at Work's analytics into their award winning TV App Engine, the 'Develop Once/Deploy to Many' cross platform compiler. As a result not only will TV App Agency's customers have the advantage of having their apps on multiple platforms at a fraction of the cost and time but will also have comprehensive information and performance details of every event taking place in their apps.

TV App Agency Director and Co-Founder Bruno Pereira said "With Nice People at Work our customers are now going to be able to not only track issues and performance but also act when quality of service is low for example low bandwidth, therefore increasing customer satisfaction and retention."
