GRILLiT, Inc. (OTC: GRLT) (the "Company" or "GRILLiT") today announced that it has changed its name to Healthy & Tasty Brands Corporation in its domicile State of Nevada, and has initiated the name change with FINRA. The Company's new corporate web address is http://www.handtbrands.com.
As announced in its news release on February 24, 2014, the name change was done to reflect the broadening of its corporate vision to include a strategy of acquisition of interests in health-conscious, premium foods suppliers, restaurant franchises, and other synergistic entities within the expanding healthy, natural foods sector. The Company will continue to operate GRILLiT as a wholly owned subsidiary, which will continue to carry out its restaurant operations and franchise development plan.
This in no way changes the Company's ownership or development plans of GRILLiT. As stated, Healthy & Tasty Brands Corporation will continue to own all of the rights to the GRILLiT operation through its 100% ownership of GRILLiT, Inc.
The Company's CEO, Ghazi Hajj, stated, "We believe that this plan will allow us to take advantage of the many emerging opportunities that are being created in our industry right now. The market place is realizing that healthy food can be individualized, taste great and served quickly while being reasonably priced."

The Company has initiated the name change with FINRA, and expects for the change to be effectuated within the next 2-3 weeks. Until then, the Company will still trade under the name GRILLIT, Inc. with the ticker symbol of GRLT. The Company will announce the effectuated name and ticker change once finalized by FINRA.
