Panera Bread Company to Webcast 2014 Investor Day

ST. LOUIS, MO -- (Marketwired) -- 03/18/14 -- Panera Bread Company (NASDAQ: PNRA) will host its 2014 Investor Day on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Attendees must register in advance with [email protected].

A live audio webcast of the meeting, including the slide presentations, will be available on the Company's web site at www.panerabread.com. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10:30 AM EDT and will continue to approximately 11:30 AM EDT, at which point the event will break for lunch and tours of bakery-cafes in Charlotte. The meeting will resume again at approximately 1:30 PM EDT and will conclude at approximately 5:00 PM EDT following a Q&A session at the end of the event. The meeting will feature management team presentations by Ron Shaich, Chairman of the Board & CEO, Roger Matthews, EVP & Chief Financial Officer, Chuck Chapman, EVP & Chief Operating Officer, Scott Davis, EVP & Chief Concept Officer, Blaine Hurst, EVP - Technology & Transformation, Michael Simon, EVP & Chief Marketing Officer, and Mark Wesley, EVP & Chief Development Officer.
